Family Health Medical School Opens 2019 – 2020 Admission
The Family Health Medical School announces for the information of the general public that applications are opened for the admission of prospective applicants into the Medical School undergraduate programme for the 2017/2018 academic year. Applicants should take note of the following:
1. All prospective applicants are advised to visit the Family Health Medical School website and carefully read all relevant information and guidelines for prospective applicantsbefore applying
2. Holders of other qualifications including International Baccalaureate (IB), IGCSE, GCSE, American Grade 12 examinations will be admitted to Level 100.
3. All Applicants must take note that the process for admission to the Family Health Medical School is very transparent. Applicants should therefore beware of any persons who may approach them on the pretext of assisting them gain admission for a fee.
4. Hostel facilities are available to all students.
Forms can be bought from the main campus at Teshie or can be downloaded online and payments made to any Ecobank branch.

WASSCE/SSSCE Applicants
Credit passes in Three (3) of the following Elective Subjects:
- Chemistry and two from Physics
- Biology and
- Elective Mathematics
WASSCE/SSSCE Applicants from the West African Sub-region
Credit passes in Three (3) of the following Elective Subjects:
- Chemistry and two from Physics
- Biology and
- Further Mathematics
IGCSE/GCE (Cambridge) – ‘O’ and ‘A’ Levels
Credit passes in Three (3) of the following ‘A’ Level Subjects:
- Chemistry and two from Physics

International Baccalaureate (IB)

Graduate Medical Programme
- Must hold a good First Degree (Second Class Lower or better) in Basic Medical, Biological, Biomathematical, Physical Sciences, or any relevant science related subject.
- Must show evidence of having completed the National Service, where required
- Candidates would be admitted to Level 300
