How to Recover / Retrieve Lost WAEC Exam Number
To retrieve a lost/forgotten center number and seat number, follow the steps below:
- Know your WAEC Exam center no via this link WAEC Exam Center Numbers in Nigeria, WAEC Exam Center Numbers in Sierra Leone.
Using a PC, Hit Ctrl+F to easily type and find the name of your school on the long list. - With your center no, you might remember the remaining last three(3) digits which stands for your seat number
- Buy a WAEC Result Scratch Card
- Check result online via WAEC Online Result checker
How To Check Your WAEC Centers In Ghana
- Log into WAEC Registration Portal using link below https://registration.ghanawaec.org/wassce/
- Click the “click here for admission notice” link
- Ignore warning on bottom right by clicking “ignore warning”
- Fill in your index number or invoice number
- Click continue to view and print your centers
NOTE: If you cant still access your result using any of these methods, candidates are required to visit any WAEC Office closest to their area and submit their Examination Center number and the year they wrote the exam. This will prompt an easy access to your school through their master list thereby retrieving your seat number.
