Hubert Humphery Fellowships for International Students, USA is funded by US department of States for Selected Countries. The scholarship allows Non Degree level programm(s) in the field of Agriculture Development, Banking and Finance, Economic Development, English, Finance, Foreign Language, HIV Prevention, Human Resource Management, Human Rights, Journalism, Natural Resource Management, Public Health, Public Policy, Trafficking in Persons Policy and Prevention, Urban Planning taught at Arizona State University, Boston University, Cornell University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Michigan State University, Pennsylvania State University, Syracuse University, University of California Davis, University of Minnesota, USA Universities, Vanderbilt University, Virginia Commonwealth University, Washington College of Law. The deadline of the scholarhip is October 1, 2019      

The Hubert Humphery fellowship Program is a non degree program which provides ten months of non-degree academics study and related professional experience in United States.

Approximately 200 Fellowships are awarded annually.
Eligibility:
The applicants must have :

  1. undergraduate degree
  2. minimum five years substantial professional experience.
  3. limited or no prior expereince in USA.
  4. demonstrated leadership qualities
  5. a record of public service in the community and
  6. strong English skills.
