GES Finally Released 2023 Reopening Dates For All Schools In Ghana

According to the Address To The Nation By The President Of The Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo , The Ghana Education Service has announced the Reopening Date For All Schools in Ghana For 2023/2024 Academic Calendar .

2023 Reopening Date For Kindergarten, Primary and JHS Schools in Ghana

The Reopening Date is Tuesday 18th January , 2023 for children in kindergarten, primary and Junior High, in both private and public schools, to be back in school. . See Details Here

2023 Reopening Date For Senior High Schools in Ghana

All SHS 1 students is to to start classes from 8th February , 2023 , with all students embarking on a single-track academic calendar. Their seniors in SHS 2 and SHS 3 will, however, return to school from 7th February , 2023 .

SHS 3 students in all schools, like SHS 1 students, will no longer run the double track system. The expansion of infrastructure at the various senior high schools, over the last three (3) years, has brought us to this favorable situation. However, the double track system will still be applicable to SHS 2 students in schools that are employing it. See Details Here

Students in universities and other tertiary institutions are to be in school from 8th January , 2023 .
