Job Title: Drilling and Completion Supervisor

Role

Preparing engineering programmes covering all good activities (drilling, completion/work-over, well testing, and wireline/rigless)
Supporting the manager to prepare the operations budget
Liaising with Exploration, Reservoir, Petroleum engineer and Production departments in order to define the suitable well design, operational sequence and cost reduction
Carrying out proper evaluations, studies and reports on any aspects of well operations, with recommendations of new techniques required
Preparing accurate cost breakdown estimates for wells to be drilled and/or worked over
Ensuring that activities carried out by contractors meet contractual terms, budgeted costs and are conducted in accordance with good engineering practice
Coordinating the activities of drilling engineers, completion engineers, and drilling and completion fluid engineers in preparation of relevant engineering programs
Well operations close follow-up and make recommendations when engineering problem occur
Ensuring the application of new technologies.

Advanced Drilling: Lean Profile, Underbalance Drilling, and Coil Tubing Drilling
Advanc.Compl.-WO-Rigless: Intelligent Completions
High Profile Drilling: Extended Reach Drilling, Hp/Ht Drilling, Simultaneous Drilling, Wellbore Stability, Sand Production, Prediction & Control
High Profile Compl.-WO-Rigless: Well Stimulation (Acid), Well Stimulation (Frac), Stimul./Compl./Gravel Pack/Fract. Jobs Fluids Design and Engineering, Hp/Ht Completion, Simultaneous Production, Wellbore Stability, Sand Production, Prediction, and Control
E&P Management: Standard Workflow: Best Practices
Economics General: Economics evaluation, make-or-buy choice, Cost estimating/budgeting, cost analysis/control
Contracting: Variations and Claim Resolution
