CRITICAL OUTPUTS
- Coordinate and schedule doctor’s training and meetings with pharmaceutical companies.
- Schedule standard and referral appointments for patients according to established procedures.
- Direct all customers to the appropriate location, services, and appropriate professionals.
- Ensure that the reception area is always neat and tidy.
- To refer all emergency cases to the nursing station without delay.
- Coordinate and manage patient flow in the medical waiting area.
- Manage the flow of patient files to and from professionals.
- Monitor the use of supplies and equipment
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Previous experience in a medical practice environment is essential
- Computer proficiency (MS Office)
- Working knowledge of GoodX is advantageous
