Job Title: Monitoring & Evaluation Manager
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides inputs for formulation of policies of the Council.
- Undertakes surveys and administers other research instruments.
- Provides information for analysis of policy issues and development.
- Assists in collecting data for the development of the Council’s monitoring and evaluation framework, systems, and tools.
- Responds to internal and external research inquiries from other departments, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Undertakes surveys and administers other research instruments.
- Undertakes the coding and operational capturing of statistical data.
- Contributes inputs for the designing of instruments for the purposes of research.
- Gathers inputs for the study on patterns, current market dynamics and emerging trends in the book industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of a master’s degree from an accredited tertiary institution in any of the following fields: Statistics, Economics, Sociology, Social Sciences or related field.
- A minimum of one (1) year post-qualification work experience in a reputable organization.
- Must pass a selection interview conducted by the Ghana Book Development Council in collaboration with the Public Services Commission
