MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in recruitment
• Contract update and probation confirmation
• Employees file management
• SAP Operation
• Management of office supplies
• Preparing and issuing of pay slips and other documents
• Management of HR talent pool
• Other duties assigned by the manager

QUALITIES:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good in written English
