How To Fill KNUST Awaiting Forms For 2023 WASSCE Applicants

 KNUST 2023/2024 Awaiting Forms is still Ongoing Until November 2023.The forms can be obtained at any regional branch of the Ghana Post Office across the country and accredited outlets nationwide

The Awaiting forms of KNUST are the same as the regular application E-Voucher.

The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology through the awaiting application system will give an open opportunity to applicants who would be writing the WASSCE 2023 exams to apply for the 2023 admissions using only their index numbers.

Prospective applicants would be required to visit any of the branches of Ghana Post Office to purchase their KNUST Admission voucher and fill their application online on the KNUST Application Portal.

During the application process, the applicant would be required to select the Awaiting Results option and provide his or her index number for the WASSCE examination. The university will then proceed to access the results directly from the West African Examination Council (WAEC) and decide whether you have met the qualifications for admission or not.

How To Fill KNUST Awaiting Forms

  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to the official website of KNUST (https://www.knust.edu.gh/) to find information about the application process and any updates related to Awaiting Forms.
  2. Create an Account: New applicants must create an admissions portal account and provide required information.
  3. Login to the Admission Portal: After creating your account, log in to the admission portal using your credentials.
  4. Fill in Personal Information: Kindly provide personal information, including name, contact, birthdate.
  5. Choose the Program: Select the specific program or course you wish to apply for as an awaiting student.
  6. Upload Documents: Upload scanned academic certificates, transcripts, and passport-sized photographs in advance.
  7. Pay Application Fee: Pay the required application fee through the designated payment methods. Keep the payment receipt as proof.
  8. Submit the Form: Verify accuracy of information, submit Awaiting Form when satisfied.
  9. Print Confirmation: After successful submission, print the confirmation page or take a screenshot as proof of your application.

Cost Of KNUST Admission Forms

Undergraduate Forms

Application processing fee

  • Ghanaian Applicants – GH¢ 220.00.
  • Foreign Applicants – USD 150.00.

Postgraduate Forms

Sale of E-Vouchers/Forms for admission shall commence on 30 May 2023

  1. Candidates must purchase an eVoucher for both Regular and Distance Learning programmes by paying an application fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH¢250.00) at the following banks: GCB, Consolidated Bank Ghana (CBG) or Ecobank.
  2. Upon payment of the application fee, candidates will receive an eVoucher containing an application number and PIN that will grant access to the online admissions portal.
  3. Candidates should then proceed to online admissions portal (here!) and begin the application process.
  4. Once the process has been completed, candidates Must Print Out 2 Copies of the completed application form from the portal and submit them (by post) to the School of Graduate Studies together with all relevant documents (Photocopies of Certificates, Recommendation Letters, and Transcript for those attending KNUST for the first time) to the following address:

KNUST Admission Closing Date

The 2023/2024 Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Admission Application Closing date has been scheduled as follows:- OR BEFORE TUESDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2023.

MATURE APPLICANTS ARE, HOWEVER, REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THEIR APPLICATIONS BY FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2023.

Any HAND DELIVERED Application shall not be PROCESSED. ANY APPLICATION THAT IS NOT FULLY AND/ OR PROPERLY COMPLETED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION SHALL NOT BE PROCESSED AND/OR CONSIDERED.
