To access the Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives – GCNM Admission Portal, Here are the steps to follow;

Go to GCNM Website: https://www.gcnm.edu.gh/
Navigate to the Online Application tab
Enter the Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your card to gain access
Tap Login

How to Apply

Here are the step by step guides on how to apply for the Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives Admission

Pay Application Fee in APPLICANT’S NAME at any branch of the Republic Bank or ECOBANK
Send a scanned copy of the deposit slip to applications@gcnm.edu.gh
Receive Online Application Access Code from the Admission Team.
Use Code to Access and Complete the Online Application Form via https://www.gcnm.online/admissions/apply
Attach scanned copies of the following to the Application:

Academic Certificates
Statement of Intent
One page for Associate Membership Applicants
Two pages for Membership Programme Applicants

Finally, Print completed online Application Form, attach copies of documents in STEP 5 above, and post by EMS to:

Applicants must ensure:

The Online Application is correctly filled & receipt acknowledge on submission
Correct address and telephone numbers are provided.
Check from time to time to know the status of the application.

Important

All Applicants who meet the Admission Requirements will be called for an interview.
Two (2) Recommendation Letters from the Applicant’s immediate Supervisor and Head of Facility/Dept. will be required.
Successful Applicants will be offered admission on their programme of choice.
Nurses or Nurse-Midwives with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing may apply to undergo the 1-year Associate Membership programme for skill development. Anyone who does undergo the 1-year Associate Membership programme may at a later period enroll for a 2-year top-up to become a Specialist and Member of the College.
All applicants must be in good standing with the N&MCG
