  2. Standing Order Mandate: A standing order mandate mandates recurring payments from an employee’s account to a designated recipient or organization, typically of a fixed amount, at regular intervals.
  3. One-Time Payment Mandate:This mandate permits a single, one-time payment or deduction from an employee’s salary, not designed for recurring transactions.

How To Generate Mandate On E Payslip Portal

To generate a mandate on the E Payslip in Ghana, follow the specific steps Below

  1. Visit the official E Payslip Portal
  2. Log in to your account using your Staff ID and password.
  3. Once you are logged in, look for an option or menu item related to “Generate Mandate Forms.”
  4. Click On Add New Mandate Number.
  5. A four-digit OTP will be sent to your number on the portal via SMS to verify that you issued the command.

NB: Do not generate mandates if you are not using them because they expire in 6 months and can’t be used for any transaction after the expiration date. Also, make sure the phone number on the E-Payslip portal is active to avoid stress in case of an emergency.
