- Direct Debit Mandate: Direct debit mandates allow employers or third parties to automatically withdraw funds from an employee’s bank account at regular intervals, typically for loan repayments, insurance premiums, or subscription payments.
- Standing Order Mandate: A standing order mandate mandates recurring payments from an employee’s account to a designated recipient or organization, typically of a fixed amount, at regular intervals.
- One-Time Payment Mandate:This mandate permits a single, one-time payment or deduction from an employee’s salary, not designed for recurring transactions.
How To Generate Mandate On E Payslip Portal
To generate a mandate on the E Payslip in Ghana, follow the specific steps Below
- Visit the official E Payslip Portal https://www.gogpayslip.com/.
- Log in to your account using your Staff ID and password.
- Once you are logged in, look for an option or menu item related to “Generate Mandate Forms.”
- Click On Add New Mandate Number.
- A four-digit OTP will be sent to your number on the portal via SMS to verify that you issued the command.
NB: Do not generate mandates if you are not using them because they expire in 6 months and can’t be used for any transaction after the expiration date. Also, make sure the phone number on the E-Payslip portal is active to avoid stress in case of an emergency.
