What is MPhil Fruit Crops Production ? 

The definition of fruit crops as “a perennial, edible crop where the economic product is the true botanical fruit or is derived therefrom.” The word perennial eliminates crops grown as annuals such as tomato, pepper, melons, and corn , even though the harvested product is the true botanical fruit. MPhil Fruit Crops Production are of Two (2) Calendar Years and (Part-Time) Three (3) Calendar Years duration.

KNUST MPhil Fruit Crops Production Entry Requirement

A good Bachelor’s degree (First Class or Second Class (Upper
Division) in Agriculture, Landscaping and Allied programmes with First
Class or Second Class (Upper Division).
Candidates with Second Class (Lower Division) may be considered after an
interview or must demonstrate considerable experience in research in the
relevant field.
